1. Appointments
- Booking: appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Cancellation policy: we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- Booking a consultation: you will be emailed an intake form when you book in. Please ensure that this is completed before you arrive to your in-person consultation.
- Arrival time: please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will give you enough time to park on the street.
2. Payments
- Fees: payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance where applicable.
- Insurance: it is the patient’s responsibility to verify insurance coverage and benefits. We will assist with claims, but patients are responsible for any charges not covered by insurance.
